Cycle of Love began in 2021 with Sequoia Austin’s vision for helping people bring greater intention, confidence, and purpose to their goals.
Growth is never only academic.
Sequoia’s experience as a Division I athlete, educator, school leader, mentor, and mindset coach revealed how strongly habits, relationships, and self-belief shape the way people meet challenges.
She later partnered with Vicky Key Austin, whose work in classroom teaching, instructional leadership, curriculum development, family engagement, and student advocacy helped shape a company that supports immediate needs and long-term growth.
Together, they created an approach where confidence, identity, belonging, and academic learning are deeply connected.

Educator, school leader, academic mentor, and mindset coach with expertise in math, science, executive functioning, mindset development, and educational leadership. Sequoia leads the vision, strategy, programming, and growth of Cycle of Love Education.

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
Educator, instructional leader, mentor, and relationship-builder with more than 15 years of experience. Vicky brings expertise in literacy, writing, executive functioning, study skills, and social studies, and leads family relationships and organizational partnerships.
